Sales and Service Technician

Hybrid Sales and Service Technician role combines customer service and basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) with store-operations duties. Responsibilities include serving customers, assessing needs, recommending products/services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of tasks. The role supports learning all store operations and flexes between front and back shop tasks, with potential growth and development opportunities. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; preferred qualifications include a 2-year degree or equivalent training, plus prior consumer retail sales or automotive experience and supervisory exposure.
