Job Summary
The hybrid Sales and Service Technician role combines customer-facing sales with entry-level vehicle service tasks. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing basic vehicle services (oil, tires, fluids) and supporting store operations (opening/closing, inventory, displays). The position emphasizes customer service, growth opportunities, and the ability to flex between front-of-store interactions and basic shop tasks, with potential to assist the Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances. Preferred qualifications include additional training or certification pathways (e.g., ASE) and prior retail or automotive experience.
