Sales and Service Technician

Hybrid Sales and Service Technician role focused on customer service, needs assessment, and product/service recommendations, plus basic vehicle service tasks and store operations. Responsibilities include 75% customer service/sales/customer issue resolution and 25% basic vehicle services (oil, tires, fluids), along with store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, and displays. Position supports growth and development toward broader responsibilities (Manager-On-Duty) and requires learning all aspects of store operations and flexing between front and back shop tasks. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, customer service mindset, ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks, and ability to learn store systems; preferred qualifications include a 2-year degree or equivalent training/experience and prior retail or automotive experience.
