Job Summary
Hybrid Sales and Service Technician role in Bridgestone Retail Operations blending customer service, sales, and basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids). Responsibilities include a 75% focus on customer service, sales, and issue resolution, and a 25% focus on basic vehicle service tasks; support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays; participate in growth and career development with potential to assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty. Preferred qualifications include a 2-year degree or equivalent through training/certification, plus additional retail sales or automotive experience and supervisory experience.
