Sales and Service Technician

Hybrid Sales and Service Technician role mixing customer service and basic vehicle service tasks. Responsibilities include serving customers by assessing needs and recommending appropriate products/services, performing entry-level vehicle services (e.g., oil, tires, fluids), and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. The role also covers store operations tasks such as opening/closing, inventory, and displays, with opportunities for growth and potential to assist or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances. Ideal candidates have a customer service mindset, ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks, and familiarity with store systems; preferred qualifications include a 2-year degree or equivalent through training/certification, plus prior retail sales experience and/or automotive experience.
