Job Summary
Hybrid Sales and Service Technician role in Bridgestone Retail Operations: primarily customer service and sales (about 75%) with basic vehicle service tasks (about 25%). Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services (oil, tires, fluids), and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough, timely service. The role involves store operations duties (opening/closing, inventory, displays) and has growth potential, including opportunities to assist or act as Manager-On-Duty. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; preferred 2-year degree or equivalent training/certifications and prior retail sales or automotive experience are a plus.
