Job Summary
Hybrid role in a retail auto care setting focused on customer service and basic vehicle service tasks. Responsibilities include customer service, sales, and customer issue resolution (75%), plus basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%), and store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, and displays. Emphasis on growth and career development with potential to assist the Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty. Requires learning all aspects of store operations and the ability to flex between front/service tasks to deliver quality customer experiences.
Required Qualifications

- Valid automobile driver's license
