Sales and Service Technician

Hybrid Sales and Service Technician role in Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) responsible for driving customer service and sales (approximately 75%), plus basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (approximately 25%), and supporting store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays. Growth and career development opportunities with the potential to assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, customer-service mindset, ability to learn basic vehicle service, and ability to learn store systems. Preferred qualifications include a 2-year degree or equivalent training/certification, prior consumer retail sales experience, automotive experience, and management/supervisory experience.
