Sales and Service Technician

Hybrid Role in Bridgestone Retail Operations store: primarily customer service and sales (about 75%) with basic vehicle service tasks (about 25%), plus store operations duties such as opening/closing, inventory, and displays. Role serves as a pipeline for future career growth, with potential to assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, customer-service orientation, and ability to learn basic vehicle service and store systems. Preferred qualifications include a 2-year degree or equivalent through training/certification, prior retail sales experience, automotive experience, and supervisory experience.
