Job Summary
Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid sales/customer-service and entry-level vehicle service role focused on assessing customer needs, recommending products and/or services, and performing basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role blends front-desk and back-shop tasks approximately 75% customer service/sales and 25% maintenance work, with responsibilities in store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, and displays. The position serves as a development pathway within Firestone Complete Auto Care, with opportunities for growth, potential to assist a Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty, and on-the-job training including ASE certifications. - Previous management/supervisory experience a plus
