Job Summary
Facilitate the fastest rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers by creating reservations, processing rentals, and ensuring vehicles are clean, safe, and fully fueled for customer pick-up. Answer phone inquiries regarding the Hertz/Lyft/Uber program, billing, extensions, and roadside assistance while actively soliciting business to maximize revenue. Prepare vehicles by checking for damage, cleaning interiors and exteriors, and verifying fluid levels. Work in a fast-paced environment handling post-rental inquiries, overcoming customer objections, and assisting with special administrative projects. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and proficiency in English.
