Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and drive proactive sales through outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques, utilize the CRM system for relationship building, and open new accounts while maintaining flexibility between sales and operational duties. Manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulations and Fulton policies, leveraging digital solutions to solve customer problems. Requires travel to various financial centers in Bucks and Montgomery County markets, with scheduling around branch hours excluding Sundays. Hourly rate ranges from $18.56 to $29.38.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours in assigned market (no Sundays)
- Must be available for travel to various financial centers in the market as needed
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
