Job Summary
Sales and Service Specialist at Hertz Local Edition focused on delivering the fastest, easiest rental experience for Lyft/Uber drivers. Responsibilities include assisting customers with rental car reservations and processing, preparing vehicles for pickup (including cleaning and fueling), handling post-rental inquiries related to rental and billing, answering program-related questions by phone, promoting additional revenue opportunities by addressing customer needs, and maintaining professional, clear communication while working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and be comfortable working outdoors; bilingual applicants are encouraged.
Required Qualifications
