Job Summary
Sales and Service Specialist at Hertz Local Edition facilitating Hertz/Lyft/Uber rental car experiences for drivers, including creating reservations, processing rentals, preparing vehicles, handling post-rental inquiries and billing, answering program-related questions, and maximizing revenue through upselling while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requires strong written and verbal communication, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
