Job Summary
Facilitate the fastest rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers by processing reservations, preparing vehicles for pick-up including cleaning and fluid checks, and answering inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program. Provide assistance with post-rental billing issues, actively solicit business to maximize revenue, and overcome customer objections while maintaining optimal operational efficiency. Work in a fast-paced environment across flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime, standing for long periods and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
- Previous customer service
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Computer literate and detailed orientated
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Customer service resolution practices
- Excellent communication techniques
- Sales Management/Coaching ability
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Show a high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Proven experience of working well within a team
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
