Sales and Service Specialist

Assist clients with teller transactions, process account openings and maintenance, and manage operational activities while maintaining compliance with bank policies. Drive proactive sales and referral conversations through internal interactions, outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to deepen customer relationships and promote banking solutions. Utilize the CRM system to foster relationship building, solve digital solution problems, and expand existing accounts based on varying Financial Center traffic. Manage risk by adhering to applicable regulations and established limits, with flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
