Sales and Service Specialist

Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling and appointment setting. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship building, ensuring consistent approaches to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships. Provide ongoing support regarding products and services, open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, and maintain flexibility between sales and teller duties. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies while leveraging practical knowledge of digital solutions to solve customer problems. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is based in Womelsdorf, PA, with no Sunday coverage.
