Sales and Service Specialist

Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and drive proactive sales through outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, and leverage digital solutions to solve problems while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulations. Manage risk by demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and foster relationships using the CRM system to expand existing customer connections. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is based in the Middletown, DE financial center and requires availability around branch hours excluding Sundays. The position includes participation in a short-term incentive compensation plan and access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match.
