Job Summary
Handle teller transactions accurately per bank policy and drive proactive sales through outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Assist clients with account openings, maintenance requests, and operational activities while leveraging digital solutions to solve customer problems. Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies, managing risk within established limits and ensuring all compliance training is completed. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is based in Elizabethtown, PA, with no Sunday availability. Salary ranges from $18.56 to $29.38 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
