Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately while driving proactive sales through outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance, and leverage CRM resources to foster relationship building and expand existing accounts. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with regulations and policies while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Provide ongoing product support using digital solutions to solve customer problems. Schedule varies based on Financial Center traffic, with no Sunday availability required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
