Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions and open new accounts while driving proactive sales through outbound calling and lobby engagement. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship building and expand existing customer relationships. Provide ongoing support regarding products and services, maintaining flexibility between sales and teller duties based on Financial Center traffic. Manage risk by ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies while leveraging digital solutions to solve customer problems. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is based in Camp Hill, PA, with a salary range of $18.56 - $29.38. Requires a high school diploma, one year of customer service experience, and six months of cash handling experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
