Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately, drive proactive sales through outbound calling and lobby engagement, and manage risk by maintaining compliance with bank policies. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, and leverage digital solutions to solve problems while fostering relationships via the CRM system. Schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, based in Mt Pleasant Mills, PA, with no Sunday availability. This role supports Fulton Bank's mission to change lives by providing a one-stop financial experience for local community members.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
