Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and drive proactive sales through outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, and leverage CRM resources to foster relationship building and expand existing client connections. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures while providing ongoing product support and utilizing digital solutions to solve customer problems. This full-time role requires approximately 40 hours per week, with scheduling around branch operations excluding Sundays, and offers an hourly rate of $18.56 to $29.38.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
