Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and drive proactive sales through outbound calling and lobby engagement. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, and leverage digital solutions to solve problems while maintaining compliance with bank policies. Actively promote banking solutions to deepen relationships and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding. This role requires 40 hours per week based in the Cleona financial center, with availability required around branch hours excluding Sundays. Compensation ranges from $18.56 to $29.38 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
