Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and drive proactive sales through outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, and leverage digital solutions to solve problems while maintaining compliance with bank policies. Actively promote banking solutions to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor for account opening and transaction processing. This full-time role (approx. 40 hours/week) is based in Mt Pleasant Mills, PA, and requires availability around branch hours excluding Sundays. Hourly rate ranges from $18.56 to $29.38, with eligibility for a short-term incentive plan. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
