Sales and Service Specialist

Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and drive proactive sales through internal and outbound interactions including appointment setting and lobby engagement. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, and leverage digital solutions to solve problems while maintaining compliance with regulations and bank policies. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship building and expand existing customer connections. This full-time role in our Pine Grove, PA financial center requires availability around branch hours excluding Sundays. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service or sales experience, with six to twelve months of cash handling preferred.
