Sales and Service Specialist

Assist clients with teller transactions and drive proactive sales through internal and outbound interactions including appointment setting and lobby engagement. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, and provide ongoing product support while leveraging digital solutions to solve problems. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship building and expand existing customer connections. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
