Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques, utilize the CRM system to foster relationship building, and open new accounts or perform customer maintenance requests. Provide ongoing support regarding products and services while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies. Manage risk by demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions to solve customer problems. This role requires approximately 40 hours per week based in Harrisburg, PA, with a base salary of $18.56 - $29.38.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience
