Job Summary
Facilitate the fastest rental car experience for Lyft and Uber drivers by processing reservations, preparing vehicles for pick-up, and handling post-rental inquiries. Answer phone calls regarding rental requirements, billing, and roadside assistance while actively soliciting business to maximize revenue opportunities. Ensure operational efficacy by checking vehicles for damage, cleaning interiors and exteriors, and verifying fluid levels and fuel tanks. Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, while standing for long periods and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
- Previous customer service
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Computer literate and detailed orientated
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
