Job Summary
Provide assistance creating rental reservations, process rentals, and ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and prepared for customer pickup. Answer phone inquiries regarding the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, billing, extensions, and roadside assistance while effectively communicating program procedures. Maximize revenue opportunities by actively soliciting business and overcoming customer objections. Ensure optimal operational efficiency by checking vehicles for damage, cleaning interiors and exteriors, and verifying fluid and fuel levels. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime, and outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Computer literate and detailed orientated
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Customer service resolution practices
- Excellent communication techniques
- Sales Management/Coaching ability
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
