Job Summary
Sales and Service Resident Property Manager in La Habra, CA. Responsible for effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions to potential customers, working independently both inside an office and on the property, performing general property care, daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent, accurate payment processing and cash handling, and engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Travel is 10-25%. Work schedule includes Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM and weekends as needed. Housing accommodations provided in pay package. Training and opportunities for advancement within Westport Properties/US Storage Centers. Post-offer background screening and DMV checks are required.
