Job Summary
Conduct new membership prospecting, follow-up, and sales by generating leads through community events, outreach, referrals, and business partnerships. Build relationships with members, determine client goals, and counsel on positive lifestyle changes. Book appointments and tour prospective individuals and corporate clients while coaching new members through cardiovascular and weight training orientations. Assist members with fitness concerns, manage the front desk area, greet guests, and maintain club cleanliness. Requires CPR certification within three months, a variable schedule, and strong sales and customer service skills.

- Previous sales experience
