Job Summary
Member Service Counselor – Registry at AAA Northeast drives member engagement through sales and service of memberships, registry services, and travel/club products both in-person and over the phone. Responsibilities include promoting memberships and club products, handling registrations and TSA services where applicable, assisting with accommodations such as maps, routing, and hotel/car reservations, facilitating international driving permits and related services, and achieving sales/referral goals while delivering accurate information and maintaining compliance with laws and standards. Requires knowledge of products/services, strong communication, ability to review and process applications, and adherence to background checks and state/federal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Customer Service with a focus in Sales Required
- Satisfactorily pass state specific and federal background check during pre and post hiring in accordance with state and federal requirements Required
- Must meet individual state requirements to perform registry & TSA services; including clearing federal/state specific background checks/processes. Required
