Job Summary
Provide sales and service to AAA members in membership, reservations, and other branch products and services both in-person and over-the-phone; in select locations, provide registry and TSA services and ensure compliance with laws and state regulations; achieve sales and referral goals, promote club products and services, and embody the organization’s mission; assist with accommodations, maps, routing, hotel and car reservations, and related services (including passport photos and foreign currency); cross-sell memberships, auto-renewals, digital membership, and credit card programs; maintain accurate information and support partnerships; meet member satisfaction and branch-performance KPIs; collaborate with Travel, Insurance, Membership, Finance, IT, and Member Relations to resolve issues while adhering to policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Customer Service with a focus in Sales Required and Licenses and Certifications: Background checks per state/federal requirements
