Job Summary
Sales and Service Leader responsible for coaching and empowering a store team to deliver exceptional client service, drive sales goals, and uphold Sephora standards at the NY-Walden Galleria location. The role includes leading by example, developing team members, onboarding and training in service excellence and brand initiatives, managing daily operations (inventory, visual merchandising), and fostering an inclusive, high-performing store culture. Requires 2+ years of leadership in retail/service, strong sales and client service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
