Job Summary

Lead and coach Sephora’s retail team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include coaching and empowering team members, driving store performance through client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations; training and onboarding for service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives; assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards; foster an inclusive culture and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience; maintain flexibility to meet peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
  • Strong sales and client service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
