Job Summary
Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional client service and hit sales goals; drive performance through coaching, training, and product knowledge; manage onboarding and learning; handle daily operations including inventory and visual merchandising; promote inclusivity and uphold Sephora standards; requires 2+ years leadership in retail/service, strong sales and client service skills, excellent communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; full-time role with 30-40 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
