Job Summary
Sales and Service Leader at Sephora responsible for leading by example to inspire the team, elevate client experiences, and achieve sales goals. Roles include coaching, training, and developing staff, managing daily store operations (inventory, visual merchandising, policies), and promoting an inclusive, client-first environment. Requires leadership experience in retail or service, strong sales and client service skills, excellent communication, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
