Lead and inspire a sales and service team at Sephora Las Vegas store, driving client engagement, coaching for performance, managing daily operations, training on service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives while ensuring a high-performing, inclusive environment. Requires leadership experience in retail/service, ability to coach and develop staff, strong sales and client service skills, and physical ability to handle store duties such as inventory and merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
