Job Summary
Lead and inspire a Sephora Sales and Service team at the AZ-Prasada North location by coaching, developing, and empowering team members to deliver exceptional client service, meet sales goals, and uphold store standards. Drive store performance through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and a client-first mindset. Oversee daily operations such as inventory and visual merchandising while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to Sephora policies. Availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
