Job Summary

Lead and inspire Sephora team at MN-Rosedale to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals. Coach and empower staff, contribute to store success through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations. Manage onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives. Execute daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards. Foster inclusivity and teamwork; uphold Sephora standards and a safe, enjoyable shopping experience. Flexible scheduling with 30-40 hours/week and availability during peak retail times (nights, weekends, holidays). Requires minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality/service, strong sales and client service skills, excellent communication, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
