Job Summary
Sales and Service Leader at Sephora leading by example to inspire the team, elevate client experiences, and exceed goals. Responsibilities include coaching and empowering team members to deliver exceptional client service, driving performance through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations, onboarding and ongoing development in service excellence and brand initiatives, supporting daily operations (inventory, visual merchandising, store standards), fostering inclusivity, and upholding Sephora standards. Requires flexible scheduling with 30-40 hours/week, availability nights/weekends/holidays, and at least 2 years of leadership experience in retail/hospitality/service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
