Job Summary
Lead and coach Sephora team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals while driving store success. Inspire and empower associates through coaching, onboarding, product knowledge, and brand initiatives; manage daily operations including inventory and visual merchandising; uphold Sephora standards and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment. Must be available for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain reliable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
