Job Summary
Lead and inspire a Sephora store team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals; coach and develop staff; manage onboarding, product knowledge, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives; oversee daily operations including inventory and visual merchandising; promote inclusivity and teamwork; ensure adherence to store standards and safety; availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
