Job Summary
Lead and inspire a retail team at Sephora as Sales and Service Leader in Sherman Oaks, CA. Responsibilities include coaching and empowering team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals; driving store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations; ongoing coaching and development for team growth; onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives; executing daily operations including inventory and visual merchandising; fostering inclusivity and teamwork; upholding Sephora standards; and maintaining flexible scheduling with 30-40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
