Job Summary
Lead and inspire a store team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals; coach and develop staff through onboarding and ongoing training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives; manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards; foster inclusivity and teamwork; ensure adherence to Sephora policies and a safe, enjoyable shopping experience; requires minimum 2 years of leadership in retail/service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to train others, and availability during peak operations (nights, weekends, holidays); full-time role (30-40 hrs/week) at Anaheim, CA Disneyland store.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
