Job Summary
Lead and inspire a Sephora store team at Century City by coaching and empowering colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals. Drive store performance through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and ongoing feedback and development. Oversee onboarding, learning, inventory, visual merchandising, and adherence to Sephora standards while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment. Requires 2+ years of leadership in retail/service, strong coaching and communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a 30-40 hour weekly schedule. Hourly pay ranges from $28.00 to $32.20 depending on qualifications and location.
