Sales and Service Assistant Manager

Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers; work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property; perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance; conduct daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent; handle accurate payment processing and cash handling; engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, plus Real ID or Passport to travel to the San Antonio training center. Schedule is 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with weekend availability; travel up to 10% of the time. Location: Middleton Main, MA; position classified as Full-time. Proficiency in customer service and sales, plus experience in retail/restaurant/hospitality/self-storage is a plus and an industry-leading training program is offered; opportunity for growth within Westport Properties/US Storage Centers.
