Sales and Service Advisor

Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting automotive services and parts by following store standards; greet customers professionally, document concerns, inspect vehicles, reference service history, provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time, communicate recommendations from technicians, upsell appropriate services, track returns and warranties, and follow company policies. Requires ability to work in a process-driven environment, professional appearance, and physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 70 pounds, and working Monday through Saturday. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire. Certifications or experience in service advisory roles are helpful.
