Job Summary
The Sales and Service Advisor role involves greeting customers, listening to concerns, inspecting vehicles, and identifying service needs. You will recommend services, prepare accurate quotes with cost and completion time, and provide updates to customers. Responsibilities include promoting services, parts, and accessories, documenting recommendations, processing payments, following up after repairs, tracking returns/warranty parts, and adhering to company policies. Prior service-advisor experience is helpful but not required; a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required. The position may require working Monday through Saturday and offers a compensation range of $48K-$85K plus benefits.
